Wayfinder is a discovery-led consulting experience for practitioners who are ready to excavate what they have built, understand what it could become, and map a clear path forward. You can experience it as an intensive 1:1 engagement or as part of a small, intimate group.
Wayfinder 1:1
A six-month 1:1 engagement for practitioners who want personalised strategy and dedicated support. We work through four phases: Dig, Emerge, Design and Launch. Starting with what is already there, not from scratch.
For the practitioner who has built something real and wants to understand what it is, what it could be, and how to get there.
Wayfinder Circle
The same four-phase Wayfinder journey, experienced alongside a small group of fellow practitioners. Two sessions a month: one teaching and strategy session, one open session for questions, real challenges and honest conversation.
For practitioners who value peer learning and want the structure of the Wayfinder process with the energy of a group.
Project-based engagements

I bring twenty years of experience across marketing, operations and digital systems. I understand the therapeutic and somatic niche: its ethics, its culture, its resistance to self-promotion. And I know how to build a business model that works within it, not against it.

I am a Sydney-based marketing strategist and business consultant with twenty years of experience helping practitioners, founders and small businesses build the systems and strategy they need to grow.
I specialise in working with practitioners in the psychological, therapeutic and somatic space. People who are exceptional at their clinical work and want their business to reflect that. I understand the particular challenges of this niche: the ethics of self-promotion, the reliance on referrals, the resistance to marketing, and the real opportunity that exists for practitioners who are willing to do things differently.
